SuperDeck is designed to control your Mac from your iPhone while keeping your deck setup local to your devices. This policy explains what information the SuperDeck iPhone app, the SuperDeck Mac companion, and this website may handle.

Information SuperDeck Handles

SuperDeck stores the decks, screens, buttons, colors, icons, URLs, hotkeys, widgets, and approved local commands that you configure. The Mac companion stores this configuration on your Mac, and the iPhone app stores pairing and deck data needed to show and run your buttons.

SuperDeck may use your iPhone camera only when you choose to scan the pairing QR code shown by the Mac companion. The camera is used for scanning that code and is not used to record photos or video for SuperDeck.

SuperDeck uses your local network so the iPhone app and Mac companion can pair and communicate. Button presses are sent from the iPhone to the paired Mac over your local network so the Mac companion can run the action you configured.

Purchases

SuperDeck Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. SuperDeck may receive purchase status or entitlement information so the app can unlock paid features, but it does not receive your full payment card details.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use SuperDeck to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We do not need an account for the core local pairing workflow.
• We do not intentionally collect the contents of the files, apps, websites, or commands you launch.

Website And Downloads

When you visit this website or download the Mac companion, the hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, timestamps, and basic security logs. This is used to deliver the site, protect it, and understand whether downloads are working.

Website Analytics

We may use PostHog analytics on the SuperDeck website to understand which pages, sections, and download links are working. This may include page views, referral page, device and browser type, approximate region, and link clicks such as App Store and Mac companion download buttons. We do not use website analytics to collect deck contents, Mac commands, payment card details, or the contents of files, apps, or websites you open with SuperDeck.

The website analytics setup is intended for product improvement and does not enable session recording. If your browser sends a supported Do Not Track preference, the site analytics configuration is set to respect it.

Diagnostics

Apple may provide app developers with crash reports, performance information, and aggregate App Store analytics according to your Apple device and App Store settings. If you contact us for support, we will handle the information you choose to provide so we can respond.

Data Retention

Local deck data remains on your devices until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app or Mac companion. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, and improve the product.

Children

SuperDeck is a productivity utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as SuperDeck changes. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the new version on this page.
